One could say that J. D. was first introduced to the O&P profession by accident. In fact, a motorcycle wreck in 1989 claimed his leg above the knee, but his own personal experience and the relationship he developed with his prosthetist led him to choosing the O&P profession as a career.
“Working with my hands and helping people are what makes the job perfect for me.”
J.D. counts hunting, fishing and being in the great outdoors among his favorite activities, but the one that is closest to his heart is just spending time with his wife.
